Fall 2007 -- Present: Process Consultant & Freelancing Traffic and Print Production, Sargent Workflow Solutions, LLC.
Provide evaluation and set up of internal processes for advertising
agencies/client side marketing companies offering creative workflow,
database and financial systems. This process increases efficiency and
profitability. As well, I offer recruiting of advertising professionals, training of
new or current Traffic/Production Managers, and will manage difficult short
term projects that are multifaceted for companies in need of an external
resource.

- Established a process from scratch which included workflow, database
system and financials
